Tariff 2008

Prices are per person for Dinner, Bed and Breakfast inclusive of VAT, based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room.

For a one night stay on a Saturday night only - please ask for rates.

All double rooms are en-suite with shower or bath, colour television, hairdryer and a hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities.

All the bedrooms are individually decorated in mellow, coastal tones:
CLASSIC ROOMS have good aspects with partial sea views.
BAY ROOMS have wonderful views of the sea across Coverack Bay.
(We also have a Ground Floor Bay Room).

SINGLE OCCUPANCY - There is a 50% supplementary charge for double rooms in High Season and April and a 25% supplement in March, October and November.

DINNER - Table d'Hote Menu changes daily - £25 per person including coffee. Guests who do not require Dinner, please deduct £10 per day.

CANCELLATION - Once a booking has been accepted you will be liable for the full amount payable in the event of cancellation or curtailment. Although, every effort will be made to re-let the room to minimize your loss, it is recommended that you arrange holiday insurance. Please ask us for details.

CHECK-IN and OUT - Check in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10.30am.

DOGS - Well behaved small and medium dogs (2 max) are welcome in some of our bedrooms but are excluded from the Restaurant, Bar and Lounge. There is a £5 per day per dog valeting charge and owners are liable for any damage caused by pets. Food is not supplied unless arranged.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS - A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person for one to two nights and £100 for three plus nights is required to make a reservation. We ask that this be supplied in the form of a credit or debit card. For security we are unable to process a booking without a credit card.

PAYMENT - We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch or Cash. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, those quoted upon booking are always honoured.

PARKING - The hotel has private parking within the grounds at no extra charge.
