In keeping with our ‘adults only’ policy, Christmas at the Bay Hotel is a wonderfully relaxing, quiet break where you unwind and enjoy delicious food, friendly and attentive service in a family run hotel in beautiful surroundings. This time of year is made truly special by Coverack’s Christmas Lights; a superb display for a small village. Each year the Bay Hotel hosts a buffet evening that contributes £1000.00 towards their upkeep. The whole of the Bay is magically lit up with the Sea reflecting the illuminations, perfectly viewed with a stroll before dinner or from the comfort of our lounge with a glass of Champagne.

23rd December
Arrive, settle in and enjoy Afternoon Tea in the Lounge
7.00pm ~ Welcome Cocktail in the Bar
7.30pm ~ Dinner followed by coffee and chocolates

Christmas Eve
Full Cornish Breakfast cooked to order
Day at leisure to stroll the coastal path, the Bay or last minute shopping!
Afternoon Cream Tea served in the lounge
7.00 pm ~ Join us in the Bar for Canapés and a Complimentary Bellini Cocktail 7.30 pm ~ Dinner followed by coffee and Petit Fours
11.30pm ~ A short walk to Midnight Mass at St Peters church and join the heart of the village for carols and prayers.

Christmas Day
Full Cornish Breakfast cooked to order
Midday (ish) ~ Watch (or join in) the annual charity swim in the harbour, fancy dress or swimming costumes, no wetsuits allowed!
1.30 pm ~ 5 Course Christmas lunch followed by Mince Pies, Coffee and Presents from the tree
Christmas Evening ~ A light Buffet

Boxing Day
Full Cornish Breakfast cooked to order
Fish and Chip Lunch or (packed lunch if you wish to go and explore the delights of the Lizard)
7.00 pm ~ Hot Mulled Wine in the Bar
7.30 pm ~ Dinner, followed by coffee and truffles

27th December
Full Cornish Breakfast cooked to order before Departure

NEW YEAR’S EVE AT THE BAY HOTEL

New Year’s Eve at the Bay Hotel has a real ‘House Party’ feel and with adults only you can relax and enjoy the evening.

Arrive for a delicious Afternoon Cream Tea in the lounge.
7.30 pm ~ Mulled Wine in the Bar
8.30 pm ~ 5 Course Gala Dinner followed by Coffee and Petits Fours
Midnight ~ Champagne and Fireworks
(Our annual firework display is the talk of the village with everyone watching, we shoot the fireworks over the Bay – a sight not to be missed – weather permitting!)
